PAINTED STONE TABLE
I am obsessed with the look of travertine tables, natural stone is just so timeless. But let’s be honest, real travertine is out of my budget. Then I spotted this blue clearance table and instantly saw its potential. The bright color wasn’t my style, but I knew with a little paint magic, it could become something really special.
This technique is so versatile, you can use it to mimic any type of stone, from travertine to granite or even marble. The result is a realistic, customizable faux stone finish that’s surprisingly easy to achieve.
I’ve used mine for two summers now, and with a good seal, it has stood the test of time and still looks perfect. It’s such a fun, creative way to transform a simple table and get that high-end stone look without the high-end price.
